Scooby Doo is the fourth episode of Tourettes Guy. The man in the video is possibly not the real Tourettes Guy as he is very calm, his voice is different, and most noticeably he is wearing a different shirt. Though it may be Danny in the rare times he's in a more sober state.
Plot
We hear about the TV show the Tourettes Guy watched and how he reacted when it ended.
